Technical report
The technical report is its own separate report, available from the top bar in the Main report. The technical report helps to keep track which computer- or browser related combinations are commonly used by the visitors to your site. This helps web developers to know which technical solutions the website should be compatible with.

The tables can be saved as CSV or Excel files for further editing or archiving.
The technical report illustrates the visitor's surfing equipment in a clear and visual manner.

Browser and browser version
To view the browser versions, press the magic wand to the top right of the box. This gives an exact account of which browser updates the visitor has installed. By viewing more than the Top 10, the Other category will be expanded on. Browsers help to keep track of which browsers or browser versions the website should be compatible with.

Operating system, its version and language
Operating systems gives an account for all user environments and apparatus through which it is possible to visit the web. In addition to computers, these can for example include mobile phones and game consoles.
If many visits are made via a device with a small screen or limitations in downloading speed or size, it may be useful to develop the site to accommodate these visitors.

The report labels the operating system's language as Unknown when the browser itself cannot retrieve the language information.

Screen resolutions
Knowing the resolution helps to plan the minimum and maximum widths at which the website should function optimally and look presentable. Particularly the smallest resolutions are often a concern when assessing how much can fit on a display at one time.

Find out right away how many people can't view your site properly because they have not installed a Flash or Java plug-in.
