KPI Reports
The KPI Report is useful when you want an easy to follow the progress of a set of key performance indicators. The KPI report depicts the changes to the chosen indicator on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as well as how well the indicator performs vis-à-vis its target.
The indicators that the KPI report shows are picked from the other reports's Summary panels.

Creating a new KPI report or adding new indicators
1. New KPI: The indicators are added by clicking on the

icons, which can be found from various report pages
- in the Summary panels of the Main report
- in the Summary panels of the detail reports
- in the Performance indicators panel of the Main report
- in the Entry methods panel of the Main report
- in the Summary panel of the Target Group Report's Trends tab
2. Selecting the template: Choose either an existing KPI report (from the dropdown menu) or create a new one, depending on whether any suitable KPI reports have yet been created.
Examples of template names: John's KPIs, KPIs for the UK & Ireland section or General website development. You can rename the KPI report at any time from the KPI report itself,

3. Absolute vs. percentage values (only for some Main report KPIs): for some of the Main report KPIs, you can additionally choose whether the KPI's progress is shown as an absolute value or as a percentile difference
Setting a target for an indicator
1. Each indicator can have its own target value: Defined target by clicking the Target is between 0 - X line in the left column of the KPI report. When defining the target, define it based on which of the tabs (Day, Week, Month) you are on - Snoobi automatically proportions the target when switching from one tab to another.
Also the target's unit is determined automatically by what type of indicator is in question.

Analyzing the results
Begin by choosing one of the tabs; whether you want to see the results on a day-by-day, week-by-week or month-by-month basis.
Day / Week / Month: Results are compared to the previous day, week or month, depending which you've chosen. The KPI report doesn't extrapolate; if you've chosen to view monthly data but are only halfway through the month, the KPI report shows you data up until that point.
Background colour: Signifies the indicator's progress in comparison to its target.
Exceeds target On target / Undefined target Falls behind target
Arrows: Signify the indicator's progress in comparison to the previous day, week or month (depending on which is chosen).

1. Comparison data
The topmost number of the each cell represents the indicator's value during a particular time. Press any of the indicator's results to access figures of comparison, matching it to the previous day, week or month (depending on which has been chosen).

2. Year-to-Year comparison
The year-to-year comparison looks at how the KPI has changed in comparison to the previous year. These figures can be displayed at the bottom of each cell by clicking the
icon.

E-mailing KPI reports
Click on the
icon to make an e-mail version of a KPI report, it will contain the precise value for the indicator. For each recipient, you can choose the e-mail report's
delivery frequency: is the e-mail sent once a week or once a month?
content time interval: how many weeks of data will be included in the report?
file format: choose between Excel spreadsheet or CSV text file
content language

At the moment, comparison data or the year-to-year comparisons cannot be incorporated into KPI e-mail reports.
