Logging in
As soon as the tracking has started, Snoobi sends all the necessary passwords to the orderer or contact person by e-mail. Tracking starts as soon as the Snoobi tag has been added into the source code of the website and the first visitor has visited the site, causing a hit to register. Passwords will not automatically be sent to the technical liaison, webmaster or to any other person that may have installed the tag. If needed, the contact person may create as many additional user names as needed through the Usernames and privileges -settings.
If you are unable to login to the report, try one of the following things:
Copy and paste both the username and the password from the original e-mail onto the login field, to make sure there are not any spelling errors preventing the login. If you can not find your password, or you are in doubt whether it actually works, you may have your current, functioning passwords sent to you through Snoobi’s website. Just press “Forgot password?” and fill in your e-mail address.

If you are still unable to login to the report, check that cookies are enabled in you Internet browser - the report requires cookies to function.
-
Internet Explorer 7: Select Tools from the menu and click Internet Options. Open the Privacy –tab. Move the selection bar to the level “medium”, which will allow your browser to accepts cookies. You may also select Advanced -> Override automatic cookie handling if you want to set the cookies' settings manually.
Firefox 2.0: Select Tools from the menu and then click Settings. Open the Privacy Protection –tab and cross the Cookies –box. -
Check the settings of you firewall and/or your anti virus software. Snoobi's report does not work if “Ad blocking” is on. If Ad Blocking is enabled, disable it. These programs should also be set to accept cookies.
If needed, download instructions for dealing with Norton Anti-Virus from here PDF from here (270 KB, currently only in Finnish!). It explains step by step how Ad Blocking is turned off.
If none of these actions solve the problem, try opening the Snoobi report by using an alternative browser (for example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you may wish to try Mozilla Firefox or Opera). This this works, we'll know the problem is in the original browser's settings.
