Changing password
You can change your password by clicking on your username in the top bar of any report. Choose "Own information" from the dropdown list (view image 2).
The password is case sensitive. The minimum character length is five. Although not mandatory, we recommend using both small letters, capital letters and numbers for increased security. Avoid special characters and alphabets.

Password delivery failure
If the password fails to arrive to your e-mail, check your junk mail folder. Passwords and e-mail reports can get filtered into the junk mail.
In order to prevent Snoobi's mails being labelled as junk mail, edit your e-mails junk mail preferences or ask your e-mail provider to whitelist the addresses reporting[a]snoobi.com and info[a]snoobi.com. Whitelisting means that Snoobi's addresses are defined as a trusted senders.
When do I receive my password for the first time?
Login credentials are sent out as soon as Snoobi has registered the first hit from the tracked website. Snoobi sends the password to the e-mail provided by the account owner. The password is not sent automatically to the technical contact or installer of the tag; the account owner can give access to as many people as needed from the User settings.
If the Snoobi tag has been installed but you have not received a password yet, visit the website in order to generate a hit and check that the Snoobi tag is correctly installed on all pages.
The password doesn't work or the login fails
If the authentication fails, try the following things:
- Copy and paste the password from the original e-mail in order to ensure that there are no errors or extra spaces. If you have changed your original password, resend yourself your password from Snoobi's login page.
- If the browser informs that your login has expired, check that the browser has cookies enabled. In order to accept cookies, adjust your browser settings for cookies.
- Does your antivirus or firewall software contain an "Ad Blocking" feature? Snoobi's reporting doesn't work if the ad blocking is enabled.
- If these measures do not help, try accessing Snoobi by using a different browser (for example Mozilla Firefox or Opera).
- Authentication may fail also if someone has removed your user privileges from all Snoobi accounts.
