Usernames and user levels
The account owner and other Snoobi administrators can add user privileges to Snoobi's online report. Make sure to give Snoobi access to colleagues, partners and webmasters that could benefit from the analytics results in their own work; different teams often need a different angle to the website data.
New usernames are created through Snoobi's Users setting.
You can create any number of usernames at any time, they are free of charge.

If you want to grant a very limited privilege to certain data only, you can opt to send e-mail repors or to share custom reports instead of giving them a user profile.
Editing an existing username
The username that is used for logging in cannot be altered, although you can change the e-mail address that is linked with it.
If your username has an error or your address has changed, create a brand new username and delete the unwanted one.
If you address has changed, remember to also update your new address to your e-mail report subscriptions.
Requesting for a user privilege
If you need access to a certain account, use the "Request privilege" feature that you can find in the menu for your display name (the topmost red bar in the report). The request is sent to the account owner, who can accept or reject the request.
