E-mail reports are overviews of the previous week's, weeks' or month's traffic and tracking results. They are

a nifty and quick way of keeping up to date with the analytics results event when time is scarce

1. E-mail content 
Adding report panels
The contents of the e-mail reports are exceptionally defined from the actual report views (Main report, sub reports and Target Group Reports). Each view is fully customizable, You can include any panel view from the report and sort it in the desired order. Various options that you can influence include:
- Number of results / rows (Top 10, Top 100, X). Maximum numer of rows per panel is 100.
- Various sortings
(ascending or descending) by visitors, visits, results page etc.
- ISP-filters
, you can choose to include or exclude Internet Service Providers from the organization panels.
- All choices made from the

- The search variables used in the Target group Report
If no customizations have been done, the Basic report template is used.

Basic report: If no customizations have been done, the Basic report template is sent to the subscribers. The Basic report contains only Top 10 panels from the Main report.
How many weeks the e-mail covers 
An e-mail report can contain 1- 12 weeks or 1 - 12 months of tracking data. To choose the amount of weeks, click the
icon from the settings.

Adding content (report)
All content is added through the report by clicking the
icons from the wanted report panels. All selections made within the panel will be imported into the report, so make all the sorting and choices before you click to add. Maximum results / panel is Top 100.

Removing content (settings)
Once a panel has been added to an e-mail, you can delete it from the settings.
1. Open a report template using the previewicon
2. Remove unnecessary panels using theicons. Please bear in mind that panel removal affect all subscribers of said e-mail template.

Sending options: once a week or month
You can additionally select the exact day when you want the e-mail report to be delivered. However, please note that changing the sending date affects the e-mail's content; wsitching the delivery day to Tuesday means that the report displays data stretching from Tuesday to Tuesday, not a traditional calendar week.

icon in the settnigs stands for immediate sending, press it to deliver the report to anyone at any time.
3. File formats
DF attachment
Bonuses:
- Safest delivery, rarely get labeled as spam
- Easily shared and forwarded to others via e-mail
HTML message
Drawbacks:
- Vulnerable to be filtered as spam. Change the format to PDF if you suspect that this is happening
- Often unsuitable for forward - the content may become jumbled and unreadable
- Not supported by all e-mail clients
Bonuses:
- Opens automatically into your e-mail programme for easy viewing
4. Recipients
The e-mail report is subscribed from the Snoobi settings, under
E-mail reporting. The recipient always belongs to one or more templates, a template's content is shared by all its recipient.
There is no upper limit to how many recipients one template can have.

If an e-mail report doesn't get delivered, please check that A) the e-mail address is still valid and B) that the report is of the PDF format. The e-mail reports get easily stuck in e-mail filters, in which case we recommend contacting your e-mail service provider and ask them to add snoobi.com onto the list of safe addresses.

The icon
on the recipoient row allows you to remove subsrubers from one template at a time.
5. Covering note
allows you add your own message to the outgoing e-mail reports. For example, you may want to inform the recipients what the report is about, which site is being tracked, what steps are required next and so forth. The covering note is template-specific.
6. Language
The language used in the report is recipient-specific and can be changed from the settings, under
E-mail reporting. Recipients within the same e-mail template may subscribe to different languages, currently Finnish, English, Dutch, Estonian and Swedish language versions of the report are available.
7. Templates
Need different content for different recipients? This is done by creating e-mail templates with different content that suit the needs of each group of recipients.
Creating templates
Every time you add a panel view from the report, you have the option of choosing which existing template you want to use or whether you want to make a new one.

The panel is automatically subscribed to whoever adds it. If you want to add more recipients, you can do so from the settings.
Deleting template
Panels that have been incorporated into a template can be deleted from the settings, use the preview
icon to do this.
