New account
If there is a need to track several different sites (campaign sites, company website, etc.), you can request to open an additional account by clicking New account from Snoobi's settings. A new account request does not automatically open a new account, instead an expert from Snoobi will check the information, price and also make a confirmation call to you before putting the new account in motion.
A new account is necessary when there is a need to track two or more websites with differentiated content. Whether this additional site belongs to the same company, is irrelevant as each content entity (i.e. site) should be tracked from its own individual account. From the report utilization standpoint, it is necessary to have a separate tracking account for each website so as not to end up with a jumbled mess of merged data.
However, mirror sites, or sites with identical content but different URL-addresses can be included into the existing account (see Tracked sites). Please contact Snoobi if there is anything you might need help with. We will make sure that tracking of your sites functions as intended on the sites you want so there will be no unpleasant surprises!
