IP-filters

If there is a need to exclude visits from a certain organization, for instance one's own company employees, the IP address of that organization can be filtered out of Snoobi, by going to IP-filters in Snoobi's settings. Filtering blocks all visits from the typed-in IP address and keeps the visits stemming from the IP-address entirely out of the Snoobi report. IP-filters done through the Snoobi settings also remove any previously stored data of the filtered organization.

Adding IP filtering

Select single, if you wish to block an individual IP address, say 130.168.22.1 .

From the Section sub page, you may remove an entire IP range, which consists of IP addresses from consecutive IP numbers, for example: 13.168.22.1 - 130.168.22.23

Note that if you only filter the IP address shown in the "Your IP-address" slot, it may leave many other in-company IP-addresses unfiltered.
