Invoicing

The billing of the Snoobi visitor tracking service starts when:

Term-based contracts are billed once in advance for the entire term, unless a separate agreement that states otherwise has been made in advance. Clients with continous contracts are billed every three months unless a separate agreement that states otherwise has been made.

Snoobi's services can be canceled at any time, however, cancellation only becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. If the cancellation is made at the beginning of a billing cycle, the report is still usable to the end of the cycle. For this reason Snoobi does not offer any refunds for accounts that have already begun tracking.

The billing's contact person mentioned in the invoice can be changed from the Contacts Information found in the Snoobi settings.

Cancellation

The reclamation period for the tracking service lasts for seven (7) days, starting from the day of ordering. We politely ask you to inform us about all the mistakes and changes within this period. If the service is canceled after the end of the seven days period:

Attention : if the website is updated through a content management system, which does not allow any changes to the source code of the site, we recommend that you contact your service provider about the installation of the Snoobi tag. It should be noted that some service providers charge a fee for the installation of the tag.

If there are problems with the installation of the tag, we will gladly help within the limits of authorization given to us. Generally we will need the FTP login details to a website, in order to complete the installation process. The Snoobi tag can be made operational with all programming languages.
