Reports by e-mail
A free view of the Main Report can be subscribed to anyone you wish. Unlike in the previous versions of the Snoobi report, users may now decide which headers of the report will be included into the e-mail reports. The e-mail report comes available in two formats, as HTML-messages or as PDF-documents.

E-mail reports are automatically sent once a week, on Monday mornings, to every e-mail address on the list of e-report receivers. The E-report is an overview of the previous week's traffic. The e-mail report is static by nature and it cannot be used to observe activities of individual visitors in the same way that is possible in the online report. In the e-mail version of the report, only the top 10 targets of each header will be viewable. This is why we recommend the online version of Snoobi for primary use. Log into your online report via www.snoobi.com.
If the receiver's e-mail programme does not support HTML-based mail, you can switch the file format to PDF from the E-mail reporting setting. Forwarding HTML reports does not always work and may jumble the contents so that they become unreadable.
Receiving the e-mail report
The e-mail report is subscribed from the Snoobi settings, under E-mail reporting. The Basic report is ready-made e-mail template, which includes Visitors sorted by day and week, pages, search terms, sectioning, ads and visitors by organization. You may, if you wish, create a new e-mail template that better suits the need some recipient. This is done by
1) Creating a new template (choose a name for the template and add desired boxes) with feature suitable for the intended group. Currently Finnish and English language versions of the report are available.

2) Once the template is created and you've pressed Add, type in the recipients' e-mail addresses one by one to include then in the template.
You may cancel the e-mail report to an address by removing that address from the mailing list. If you click remove the template, all the names under the template as well as the template itself will be removed.
