Discontinuing your account
A notice of cancellation can be sent to us at any time, however, due to contractual reasons the cancellation of account will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This enables the use of the Snoobi account to the end of current billing cycle even if the account has already been marked for cancellation. As a result of this, Snoobi will not offer any refunds from the time of the cancellation to the end of the billing cycle.
As we close the account, we will also stop the gathering of visitor tracking information. No new visitor data is extracted when the account is closed. Since no information is gathered that information is therefore not available even in the event that the account is re-opened at a later date. When re-opening an account, a standard opening fee is added.
Cancellation
The reclamation period for the tracking service is within seven days, starting from the day of ordering. We politely ask you to inform us about any eventual mistakes or changes within this period. If the service is canceled after the end of the seven days period:
- We will claim a payment of 50 percent of the total cost of the service, assuming that the Snoobi tag has not yet been installed or no new visitor data has yet been collected.
- We will claim a full price of the service, if the service has already started and is operational. We will not offer any refunds on these payments

Please note that if the website is updated through a content management system, which does not allow any changes to the source code of the site, we recommend that you contact your service provider about the installation of the Snoobi tag. It should be noted that some service providers charge a fee for the installation of the tag.
If there are problems with the installation of the tag, we will gladly help within the limits of authorization given to us. Generally we will need the FTP login details to a website, in order to complete the installation process. The Snoobi tag can be made operational with all programming languages.
