Creating usernames and setting account privileges
The subscriber or a contact person of an account has the ability create additional user profiles into the Snoobi account. This allows chosen colleagues, partners and webmasters to also benefit from the contents of the Snoobi report. Different departments may benefit from the visitor data in varying ways, so it might be useful to give each department a possibility to analyze the report from their point of view.
Create a username
New usernames or user privileges are granted from the Snoobi settings, under the Usernames and privileges. The Username is automatically same as the e-mail address as typed into the e-mail address box (for example firstname.lastname@company.com). Usernames can be created whenever the need arises, the number of individual addresses is not limited.

Existing usernames cannot be modified. If your username includes a spelling error or your e-mail account has been changed, please create a new username after which you can remove the old, incorrect one.
With the search function, you may search an existing Snoobi user and give that user privileges to your account.
User privileges
There are two types of user privilege profiles: User and Account manager.
| User | - Cannot edit any settings with the exception of his or her own Personal information (chanegs to password, personal e-mail address etc.) - May view the report |
| Account manager | - Can edit any and all settings - May view the report |
By crossing the Send login information –box, Snoobi will immediately send the password to the new user after the creation of a user profile.
Under normal circumstances Snoobi does not create usernames, unless the request comes directly from the the contact person of the account. This policy is due to security reasons, since Snoobi wants to protect all of its accounts from unauthorized attempts of entry.
