Corporate View

Corporate View is an overview that allows you to view tracking information from multiple accounts, making it the most usable for companies with several Snoobi accounts. A corporate view makes it possible to follow the visitor trends and tendencies from several Snoobi accounts without having to login to each of their reports separately. The Corporate View can be shared with multiple users either via an online report or by e-mail reports (PDFs).

Making a Corporate View

You may observe, modify and create Corporate Views by logging into your Snoobi account's settings, under Corporate Views.

1. Create a new Corporate View by clicking the button at the very bottom of the page.

2. Give a name to the Corporate View. Target groups are good names, for example Marketing team or Web admins.

3. Search by the company name of the accounts you wish to include.

4. Cross the boxes of the Performance Indicators that you wish to receive results about. The Corporate view will show graphs of the chosen features. Later you may modify your selections (Image 1, ).

Editing a Corporate View

Select or deselect which account or Key Performance Indicators the Corporate View is made up of. Please note that the creator of the Corporate Report has sole editing access. Respectively, the changes made by the creator affect the Corporate Views of all the users sharing said Corporate View.

Sharing a Corporate View

Web sharing

Adds a Corporate View into a collegue's Snoobi account, the colleague must already hold a Snoobi username. However, sharing won't allow the colleague to modify the content of the Corporate View, only the creator can make alterations to it.
